2 A.M.Sometimes I lay in bed And listen to the sprinklers at 2 a.m. It's summer so my window is always open That makes it easy for the cool night air to flow in.2 A.M.
Sometimes, late at night, I sneak outside To sit by the trashcans and look up at the sky. It’s in between the houses, so street lights don't interfere The only light you can see comes from up there.
